Supervisor – Pipeline Pre-commissioning

• Minimum 10 years of pipeline pre-commissioning experience.
• Strong offshore/subsea project experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience in offshore operations preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and planning skills.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Ability to operate PPS flood pumps pressure pumps, lift pumps , dead weight testers (instrument) will be preferred.
• Strong maintenance and troubleshooting skills on pre-commissioning equipment preferred.

• Plan and supervise pipeline pre-commissioning activities.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Interface with client representatives and project stakeholders.
• Review procedures, risk assessments, and work packs.
• Monitor project progress, productivity, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Conduct toolbox talks, pre-job meetings, and safety briefings.
• Prepare operational reports and project documentation.
• Manage field execution of flushing, pigging, hydrotesting, drying, and nitrogen services.
