Contracts Lead

Qualifications*

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Commercial, Marketing, Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Law, Communication, Technologies, Mathematics, and Statistics.

Knowledge and/or Experience* 8 years of experience in business related function or discipline, including 4 years in the Oil and Gas industry, and including 1 year experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractors / subcontractors/service/vendor personnel.

Proven track record in successful amicable resolution of contractual disputes.

Experience in formal dispute resolution process eg. mediation, binding arbitration, litigation.

Knowledge of Middle Eastern legal statues and civil codes preferred.
