Qualifications*

Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience*

12 years' experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 3 years of management level experience in Construction related disciplines, engineering, or project management with overall responsibility for an EPC execution.
Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.
Broad and extensive knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.
Extensive knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.
Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects,
Proven track record of Project delivery in the industry and managing EPC contractors and sub-contractors.
Excellent track record in construction safety results.
Proven experience with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodology and systems completion management and associated databases.
Requires to be inventive on construction execution and methods, bring experience from other large and complex projects, in particular LNG Plants.
Experience with major and first tier EPC Contractors, Sub-contractors and Vendors involved in the oil and gas industry.
Requires the ability to influence on the technical decisions to achieve a flawless construction execution and transition to commissioning.
Experience with multi-cultural type Projects.
Experience with LNG Projects.
