Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, routing, and switching.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Fortinet FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls and Other firewalls.
• Manage and monitor Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions to protect web applications and services.
• Administer and monitor SIEM platforms, investigate security alerts, and support incident response activities.
• Implement and maintain network security controls including IPS/IDS, VPNs, NAT, URL filtering, and access control policies.
• Monitor network and security performance, identify issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Support vulnerability management, security audits, compliance initiatives, and security hardening activities.
• Maintain network diagrams, security documentation, and operational procedures.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, security projects, and disaster recovery activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in network and security administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls
• Palo Alto Firewalls
• Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
• SIEM Solutions
• Cloud Platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)
• Routing and Switching Technologies (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs)
