Project Engineer – Pipeline Pre-Commissioning (Technical Professional)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of pipeline pre-commissioning or related oil & gas project experience.
  • Offshore/subsea project experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of pipeline cleaning hydrotesting, pigging, dewatering, drying, nitrogen services, and pipeline systems required.
  • Experience in preparation of pre-commissioning method statements, procedures, and technical documentation required.
  • Familiar with pre-commissioning project documentation, reporting, test packs, and project close-out documentation.
  • GCC experience preferred.


  • Prepare project procedures, method statements, and risk assessments.
  • Develop execution plans, test packs, and engineering calculations.
  • Review P&IDs, isometrics, line lists, and project specifications.
  • Provide technical support to field operations.
  • Coordinate project resources, equipment, and manpower requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and provide technical recommendations.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and final project reports.
  • Interface with clients, vendors, and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
