Project Engineer – Pipeline Pre-Commissioning (Technical Professional)
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of pipeline pre-commissioning or related oil & gas project experience.
- Offshore/subsea project experience preferred.
- Knowledge of pipeline cleaning hydrotesting, pigging, dewatering, drying, nitrogen services, and pipeline systems required.
- Experience in preparation of pre-commissioning method statements, procedures, and technical documentation required.
- Familiar with pre-commissioning project documentation, reporting, test packs, and project close-out documentation.
- GCC experience preferred.
- Prepare project procedures, method statements, and risk assessments.
- Develop execution plans, test packs, and engineering calculations.
- Review P&IDs, isometrics, line lists, and project specifications.
- Provide technical support to field operations.
- Coordinate project resources, equipment, and manpower requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide technical recommendations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and final project reports.
- Interface with clients, vendors, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
