The Accounting Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Husk Vietnam, Husk Singapore and the branch accounting; financial, managerial & statutory reporting in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS, and provision the supervision of finance compliance with Group Finance Policy.

His-her responsibilities include maintaining the daily operation of finance team, implementing the control procedures to ensure the financial data accuracy and compliance with local authority regulations and group finance policy, timely and accurately reporting the financial performance with in-sight analysis and recommendations, timely and properly support the audit, due diligence process.

Salary Budget: ~1,500 - 2,000 USD Gross

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, implement, and supervise the companys financial strategy, ensuring alignment with Husk Group objectives.
  • Manage the company chart of accounts, inventories, customer and vendor master data.
  • Oversee all statutory tax obligations (VAT, CIT, PIT), ensure compliance with local laws, and maintain effective relationships with tax authorities.
  • Handle company transactions, manage debts, oversee cash flow forecasting, and optimize working capital to ensure liquidity.
  • Prepare and archive all accounting documents in compliance with regulations and group policies.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data, providing variance analysis against budgets and forecasts with recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, management, and statutory reports for Husk Vietnam, and supervise statutory reporting for Husk Singapore and the branch.
  • Support and coordinate external and internal audits, due diligence processes, and ensure compliance with internal control standards.
  • Develop and strengthen internal control procedures to manage financial risks effectively.
  • Collaborate with donors and Impact Project Manager to prepare accurate financial reports for funded projects, ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to business stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
  • Manage and coach the finance team, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance.

II. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting.
  • VAS and IFRS expertise; knowledge of Odoo is an advantage.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture, or FDI enterprises.
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), with strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong integrity, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
