Senior FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Officer

Location: Open for Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions and ensure accuracy in reflecting business performance.
• Analyze and evaluate the financial results of portfolio companies, incorporating actual performance and relevant market factors.
• Perform valuation of the investment portfolio, ensuring fair value is properly reflected.
• Monitor financial risks and highlight potential issues for timely management attention.
• Support reporting for Investor Relation purpose and assist with the funds audit process when required.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience at group level of multiple subsidiaries; prior experience as a Team Leader/Manager at a Big Four firm is a plus (preferably in Audit or Financial Due Diligence).
• Proven track record as finance business partner in budgeting, medium- to long-term financial modeling, budget management and business finance analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to create professional reports and presentations.
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly present complex financial insights to senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• High level of ownership, persistence, and results-driven mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify anomalies and propose solutions.
