In line with this spirit, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join us in building a strong organization where everyone can realize their full potential.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop human resource plans aligned with the company's strategic direction. Provide consultation to the HR Director in forecasting workforce needs, building a suitable organizational structure, and effectively allocating the HR budget.
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, internal communications & engagement, and administration. Ensure HR operations run smoothly, in compliance with legal regulations, company procedures, and in alignment with business growth stages.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the HR Director in shaping key HR strategies, policies, and initiatives. Proactively propose and lead competency assessment, corporate culture development, and more.
- Coach and develop the HR team. Provide clear direction, professional training, and career development pathways to build a high-performing team with strong service mindset.
- Monitor, measure, and report the effectiveness of HR activities using key metrics. Analyze results and recommend improvements to ensure HR initiatives deliver tangible value to the organization.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proficient in English for professional work.
- At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 5 years in a manager role.
- Solid and comprehensive knowledge of HR management, including recruitment, learning & development, compensation & benefits, performance management, labor relations, corporate culture development, and HR data management.
- In-depth understanding of labor laws and related legal requirements.
- A modern, strategic HR mindset.
- Preference for candidates with experience in both multinational and Vietnamese companies, covering manufacturing and commercial operations, ideally in fast-growing organizations with 150+ employees.
