Job Title: Head of Marketing (Consumer Healthcare)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing department and drive strategic initiatives across all channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and strengthening the brand presence of our consumer health products, developing integrated omnichannel marketing strategies, and leading a high-performing team of 11 marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and brand objectives.
  • Team Management:
    Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of 11 marketing professionals across brand management, digital marketing, communications, and trade marketing.
  • Brand Building:
    Spearhead initiatives to build, strengthen, and differentiate the brand identity of our consumer health products in both existing and new markets.
  • Omnichannel Marketing:
    Design and implement an integrated marketing approach across online (eCommerce, social media, digital advertising) and offline (retail, activation, professional workshop, events) channels to ensure a consistent brand experience.
  • Product Marketing:
    Work closely with R&D and sales to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and consumer messaging that resonate with target audiences.
  • Market Insights & Analytics:
    Leverage market research, consumer insights, and performance analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Budget Management:
    Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, , Regulatory, and R&D to align marketing plans with company objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in building and managing successful consumer health brands
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach
