About the job Senior Associate| Principal Investment

I. Key Responsibilities: 

a. Deal Origination
  • Support Deal Leaders in identifying and screening potential deals opportunistically.
b. Deal Implementation & Pre-Investment Value Creation Planning
  • Conduct and/or coordinate Due Diligence processes (Financial, Business, Environmental & Social).
  • Conducting in-depth financial analysis, building and maintaining financial models, and evaluating potential investment opportunities.
  • Assist in structuring deals and preparing legal agreements.
  • Support the development of initial Value Creation Plans.
c. Post-Investment Monitoring
  • Analyze portfolio company management reports and flag performance issues.
  • Support in designing or requesting additional reports if existing ones are insufficient.
  • Monitor key risks and propose internal controls and risk mitigation measures.
  • Maintaining master copies of key documents
d. Post-Investment Value Creation
  • Coordinate with value creation experts as needed.
  • Support implementation and regular updates of the Value Creation Plan.
e. Divestment
  • Support execution of the divestment plan, including preparation work, deal shaping, negotiation, listing, and trading strategies.

II. Key Requirements:

a. Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Having at least 7 years experience in the investment field (e.g. investment banking, financial advisory, fund management, transaction services).
  • Proficient in Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
b. Required Capabilities
  • Investment Knowledge: Understanding of the full investment lifecycle, including due diligence, structuring, monitoring, and exit.
  • Finance & Accounting: Strong skills in financial modeling, financial analysis, and understanding of accounting and accounting operations.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to understand and analyze business models and operational performance.
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with legal agreements and corporate governance processes.
