Job Purpose:

  1. Direct, plan, and monitor the implementation of operational strategies to ensure consistency and synchronization between business and operations.
  2. Research and identify methods to improve operational activities through digital transformation and automation.
  3. Cultivate culture and team development to enhance the team's work efficiency.
  4. Guide the establishment of policies, standardization of reports, and measurement tools, adopting technology to improve operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Strategy Planning & Execution (20%)
    • Direct, plan, and monitor the execution of operational strategies.
    • Research and implement new integrated supply chain logistics technologies into operations.
    • Plan and deploy new products to meet customer demands.
  2. Operations & Project Management (50%)
    • Plan and implement national operational activities to generate stable revenue by providing quality and efficient services to customers.
    • Monitor and control the operational budget, ensuring financial targets and profitability are met.
    • Participate in research and identify new business opportunities.
  3. Culture Building & Team Development (20%)
    • Engage in company projects related to cultural transformation and employee engagement through influence and role modeling.
    • Build & develop activities to apply core values and corporate culture in the Operations division.
    • Conduct recruitment and talent acquisition. Train, develop, evaluate, and recognize employees.
    • Establish, guide, and deploy job objectives for direct reports to achieve division goals and align with company objectives.
  4. Policy & Systems (10%)
    • Guide building & communicating systems of policies related to operational activities.
    • Improv process to enhance efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
    • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher - Major in Supply Chain/ Warehouse/ Transportation/ Economics or relevant.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
  • Extensive knowledge of the industry and field of operation of ABA. 
  • Proven project management experience
