About the position

Our Investee are seeking a Chief Finance Officer who will play a pivotal role as a strategic partner to the Leadership team in driving financial performance and supporting the companys growth and expansion both domestically and internationally.

This position requires exceptional financial leadership, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to scale businesses sustainably. The CFO will lead the financial strategy to strengthen market presence, diversify revenue streams, prepare for international expansion, and ensure operational excellence across all business channels.

Responsibilities

1. Being the Financial Strategic Partner with the CEO and COO to strongly support the business expansion both in Vietnam and international markets

• Partner closely with the CEO and COO to align financial strategies with business goals and ensure sustainable growth.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and propose short-term and long-term business plans that reflect the companys vision to grow in Vietnam and abroad.
• Define key performance indicators for the company and international operations to drive business decisions and solutions related to growth, costs, profitability, and cash management.
• Drive future funding initiatives identify, evaluate, and secure appropriate financing options to support the companys expansion plans, including potential investors, strategic partnerships, and financial institutions.

2. Sophisticatedly managing and ensuring the sufficient Financial status

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and investment decisions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the company's financial health and performance.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for improving profitability and efficiency.
• Identify and address areas of risk and opportunity within the organization.

3. Take ownership and leadership in optimizing and building the excellence of the finance operation model.

• Continuously build finance capabilities, tools, and skills to increase efficiency and the value add of the Finance team across the business.
• Develop talent and succession plans within the finance and strategy department.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Candidates with deep understanding of Vietnams business environment and international exposure; fluency in English required, Vietnamese or French preferred.
• Proven international exposure experience working overseas, in multinational companies, or in Vietnamese organizations with international subsidiaries or markets.
