Senior IT Officer

I. Key Accountabilities

• Enterprise Applications & Automation
  Lead the planning, implementation, and integration of business applications across departments. Drive process improvements through AI-powered workflow automation.
• Microsoft Ecosystem Management
  Oversee performance, availability, and security of Microsoft systems including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
• IT Infrastructure Oversight
  Act as the main technical contact for outsourced IT infrastructure. Monitor service levels, performance metrics, and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Security & Risk Management
  Partner with vendors and cybersecurity teams to implement security measures, manage IT risks, and maintain compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Data Governance & Compliance
  Ensure secure, compliant, and well-managed data across Microsoft platforms. Contribute to data governance and lifecycle management practices.
• Strategic IT Planning
  Provide input into IT strategy and infrastructure planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and Microsoft platform capabilities.
• Vendor & Technical Governance
  Manage the technical relationship with outsourced IT providers. Oversee SLAs, enforce governance standards, and ensure seamless system integration.

II. Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft enterprise environments (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure AD). Prefer candidate experienced as Management Level at least 3-5 years.
• Proven experience in enterprise application planning, automation, and integration.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure: servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Skilled in monitoring system performance and implementing robust security measures.
• Solid knowledge of IT risk management and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Strong skills in project management, data analysis, and vendor coordination.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack software development (front-end, back-end, APIs, databases).
• Microsoft certifications are a plus.
