II. Key Responsibilities:

1. Tax & Statutory Reporting

  • Coordinate with outsource providers and review VAT, Personal Income Tax (monthly filings & annual finalization), and Corporate Income Tax reports
  • Ensure all statutory submissions are accurate and on time
  • Maintain complete supporting documents for all tax filings

2. Social Insurance & Labor-related Reporting

  • Handle monthly Social Insurance reporting
  • Report employee salary and headcount changes
  • Support Social Insurance book handover when required

3. Government & Authority Reporting

  • Prepare and submit statutory reports to DOLISA, GSO, DPI, and other relevant authorities

4. Accounting Operations

  • Execute onshore bank payments and petty cash reconciliation
  • Perform month‑end closing and account reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate accounting records in accounting systems
  • Support bank account opening and banking documentation

5. Audit, Fixed Assets & Documentation

  • Support annual audits and authority reviews
  • Maintain and reconcile fixed asset records
  • Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents
  • Ensure proper physical and soft‑copy filing, audit‑ready at all times

III. Key Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of relevant working experience as a General Accountant or Tax Accountant, ideally in FDI companies, SMEs, or accounting outsourcing firms, with hands‑on responsibility for Vietnam tax, statutory reporting, social insurance, and general accounting operations.
  • Practical experience handling VAT, Personal Income Tax (monthly & annual finalization), Corporate Income Tax, and Social Insurance reporting, including submissions to authorities such as DOLISA, GSO, and DPI.
  • Solid exposure to general accounting operations, including bookkeeping, bank and cash transactions, month‑end closing, account reconciliations, fixed asset management, and audit support.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, able to work reliably under deadlines.
  • Clear end‑to‑end ownership mindset with proactive planning and early issue escalation.
  • Able to work independently while coordinating effectively with outsource providers, banks, auditors, and authorities.
