Our client is leading the emerging category of Digital Health-science, dedicated to reducing the risk of chronic illness and building happier and healthier lives!

They're now seeking a highly creative Senior Experience Designer who's ready to take on an opportunity to collaborate with an international team of UX professionals, Scientists, and Tech professionals, and take on a wide variety of responsibilities.

What you'll be doing:

Brand, Client and User Experience

• Working closely with Designers, Product Managers and Developers to create engaging and user-friendly Digital Products
• Setting the tone of the Digital Brand and Experience Design, creating company-wide Brand Guidelines and Design Systems from scratch
• Creating visually-appealing designs, showcasing a deep understanding of User-centric Design Principles
• Guiding and inspiring the growing Design Team
• Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer

What you bring:

• At least 5 years' experience in User Experience Design
• Strong Graphic Design skills (Experience with software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc)
• Experience in designing a variety of Digital Platforms (Websites, mobile apps, software, etc) with a strong focus on mobile apps
• Experience designing platforms for health-tech, finance or insurance brands
• Ability to create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to present and explain Design Decisions to Stakeholders
• Understanding of HTML/CSS; an ability to work with Developers to implement Designs
