Our client is a global design consultancy that works with clients across FMCG, F&B and alcohol, with offices around the world. They offer traditional branding and packaging services, along-side comms, digital, motion and social.

They're now looking for a multi-skilled Design Director who can execute big ideas and help lead a team of talented creatives.

What you'll be doing:

• Working on a mix of corporate branding, brand identity + FMCG projects
• Overseeing the quality and delivery of the team's creative output
• Leading a team of designers, providing leadership, management and motivation
• Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted advisor
• Working closely with the client servicing team to deliver on the needs of the client
• Overseeing project commercials and looking for ways to expand project scope

What you bring:

• At least 8 years of experience working in creative and design roles, with a strong focus on branding and packaging
• Extensive experience working in branding and design agencies
• Varied skillset, having worked on branding, packaging, corporate identity and other projects
• Experience with and a passion for leading and mentoring a team
• Skilled at presenting and navigating client feedback
