Our client is global creative marketing agency that works with lots of big names in tech.

What you'll be doing:

• Leadership: Defining long-term goals with the Global SVP and overseeing the team, to ensure these are successfully implemented
• Client relationship management: Overall client management - overseeing their top-tier clients to support growth
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships
• Operations: Planning, overseeing and improving business operations and processes
• Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, working closely with the BD team
• Financial Management: Managing the agency's financial performance
• Developing and managing regional business plans and forecasts
• Leadership: Overseeing staffing, reviewing promotions and pay increases
• Overseeing department heads, hiring, training and performance management
