My client is a well-known branding and packaging agency that works with lots of big-name brands within beauty, healthcare, F&B and alcohol. They have around 200 employees in offices across the world and are currently going through a global expansion (of both employees and services).

They're currently looking for a Senior Designer with strong experience of working on brand development and packaging projects, for international beauty and personal care clients. You'll be working in a team of around 7 people, working along-side the Design Director and helping to lead and manage the team.

What you'll be doing:

• Working along-side the Design Director to ideate and conceptualise design ideas
• Designing and developing branded packaging designs, key visuals, communication assets and more
• Overseeing junior and mid-level designers
• Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of design solutions, from internal/client briefing, ideation, implementation through to client presentation

What you bring:

• At least 6 years of relevant design experience, working on branding and packaging projects
• Several years of experience working in a branding / packaging / design agency
• Experience working on international FMCG / beauty / personal care brands
• Experience working on brand development, packaging, KV, comms + asset design projects
• In-depth experience using multiple creative softwares, such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience with / desire to lead a team
