My client is an independent integrated creative agency that provides a wide range of services - from social media, experiential marketing, retail, content development, branding and packaging design; for an exciting mix of clients within beauty, FMCG, F&B, banking and more.

They're currently looking for an integrated Senior Planner with a strong focus on Brand Planning to join their team and work on campaigns across multiple touchpoints.

What you'll be doing:

• Working across integrated / omni-channel campaigns
• Putting pitch decks together
• Creative stories around your ideas and using data points to support these
• Understanding client's businesses, such as their business needs, objectives, market and competitor trends
• Writing strategic briefs, mapping out comms objectives and plans
• Coming up with brand names / platforms / architecture solutions, category analysis, copywriting + research methodologies
• Conducting workshops to guide action plans
• Identifying, testing + optimizing campaigns to improve performance

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience working in planning / strategy
• Strong brand planning experience
• Experience working in a creative agency
• Experience doing comms planning for campaigns across multiple touchpoints, OOH, digital and social media
• Able to articulate your ideas in an engaging way and back them with data
• Experience putting pitch decks together - you understand how a business is run from the client's perspective
• Ideally got experience working on b2b, financial services of FMCG brands
