Our client is a leading experiential marketing agency, delivering a wife range of live and digital events. They work with clients across a broad range of industries including tech, healthtech, finance, luxury, fashion and hospitality.

They are now looking to hire a Senior Producer to organise and lead events across Singapore and SEA.

What you'll be doing:

• Organising both small and large events across Singapore and SEA
• Managing multiple events at the same time
• Working closely with the Account Manager to manage clients
• Managing external vendors
• Interpreting client briefs to develop them into integrated event strategies
• Managing wider teams on-site, troubleshooting and providing solutions
• Updating management on event progress and performance

What you bring:

• At least 6 years of experience within event management
• Experience organising events up to 2000+ attendees
• Knowledge of the B2B event space
• Confidant dealing with clients
• Strong project management skills
• Experience managing a team on-site
