We're excited to be working exclusively with this integrated creative agency, that works with a number of well-known Singaporean brands. They create holistic brand experiences across integrated marketing, social media content, branding, experiential and more. Their culture is grounded in being opinionated, outspoken and that everyone is creative.

They're now looking to hire an Account Manager to join their strong 30-person client-servicing team. 

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and manage junior team members
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Act as a key point of contact for clients
• Guide and develop team members through coaching, performance reviews, and leadership support
• Collaborate with creative and management teams on new business pitches and RFPs
• Ensure smooth campaign execution by managing workflows, resolving issues, and maintaining agency standards

What Experience You Need:

• At least 4 years of agency account management experience
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver high-quality client campaigns
• Strong senior client management skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
