Our client is a global design consultancy that works with clients across FMCG, F&B and alcohol, with offices around the world. They offer traditional branding and packaging services and are starting to branch into doing more digital projects.

They're now looking for a multi-skilled Associate Creative Director who can execute big ideas and lead a team of talented creatives.

What youll be doing:

• Lead the creative direction of key projects, crafting standout concepts and strategies
• Inspire and mentor a high-performing team across all design disciplines
• Collaborate with the Executive Creative Director and wider departments
• Oversee projects from ideation through to delivery, ensuring creative excellence
• Be a trusted partner to clients, guiding them through transformative brand work

What you bring:

• 8+ years in brand design leadership with a standout portfolio across identity, packaging, and branding
• Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and design craft
• Experience managing and mentoring creatives to do their best work
• Confidence in presenting bold ideas to clients and stakeholders
• A commercial mindset with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources
