Our client is a boutique experiential agency (that's part of a global network) that creates experiences for a list of impressive and well-known brands across APAC.

They are looking to hire an Event / Account Manager to cover for one of their employees whilst she is on maternity leave. You'll be covering for some specific client accounts within sporting and travel, especially for an upcoming event in August.

What you'll be doing:

• Representing the agency with clients, partners and suppliers
• Daily client servicing and management of projects, including event execution and reporting, developing proposals and presentations
• You'll also assist with ad-hoc tasks like equipment sourcing and purchasing, 3rd party suppler sourcing and management
• Financial management - budget creation, tracking and reconciliation
• Supporting the wider team with pitches and proposals
• Travelling to countries within SEA around once a quarter

What you bring:

• At least 3 years of experience working in events at an agency
• Strong client management skills
• Ability to run an event project from start to finish
• Ability to travel around SEA (once a quarter)
