They're looking for a Creative Video Producer who thrives at the intersection of culture, creativity, and craft; someone who understands the Gen Z landscape, has an instinct for whats trending, and knows how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping shortform content.

What Youll Be Doing:

Creative & Ideation

  • Collaborate with account servicing and creative teams to conceptualise ideas for brand films, social content, and campaign storytelling.
  • Contribute actively during brainstorms and pitches
  • Develop scripts and storyboards
  • Research cultural trends, creative references, and emerging formats to inform tone, pacing, and look
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and art directors to ensure ideas translate seamlessly across formats -from TikTok reels to campaign films.
  • Present ideas and creative rationale confidently to internal stakeholders and clients

Production & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end production across live-action, animation, photography, and post-production
  • Scope, budget, and schedule all stages of production - from pre-pro to post
  • Source and manage vendors, directors, crew, locations, and talent
  • Handle logistics, risk assessments, permits, and call sheets
  • Oversee post-production workflows including editing, sound design, grading, and delivery
  • Ensure creative quality is maintained through every stage of the process
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content for PR, awards, and social media use

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience producing shortform video content especially for TikTok, Reels, and other social-first platforms
  • A deep understanding of Gen Z humour, trends, and internet culture
  • A hybrid mindset part creative storyteller, part production problem-solver
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with a sharp eye for detail
  • Confidence in communicating ideas and collaborating across teams
