Primary mission

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be working in a completely agile environment, developing new Salesforce based features being part of a multidisciplinary team (Squad), as well as a high-performance Salesforce team.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the new features of SCRM products, mainly related to Lidl Plus App.

• You will define, design and ship new features on a multi-disciplinary agile team, delivering the latest and greatest features to our consumers on all Lidl countries.

• You will be able to work in an international environment at European level with multiple interrelated projects and Salesforce clouds.

• Strong experience in Agile methodology and fast adaptation to changing requirements and strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to be creative and innovation-minded, we are looking for people who propose new ideas!

• Interest on developing products in multi-disciplinary teams. We have freedom but we all have to think!

• Fluency in English to work in a multi-cultural environment, even though Spanish is the main language in the office

Your Required Experience:

• At least 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development

• Solid understanding of Force.com platform, Apex, Visualforce, Aura components and declarative tools

• Solid experience developing complex functionalities with inbound / outbound integrations (rest, soap, external objects, events, bulk api…)

• Understanding of Salesforce Architecture, code best practices and design patterns

• Understanding of Salesforce release tools and metadata api

• Experience on international environments with complex implementations and high data volumes

Nice to have: 

• Experience with Lightning Web Components

• Experience with Autorabit

• Basic experience with Marketing Cloud
