Our client, Digital Hub based in the city centre of Barcelona is looking for a Campaign Manager to join their AdOps area. Your main responsibilities will be to develop, create, and manage advertising campaigns for our partners, as well as to build up and manage the work within the team. The area you will be working in provides AdOps services for various channels, including for our loyalty app which is available in over 28 European countries.

In this Role, you'll get to:

• Manage high value campaigns, as well as relevant adjustments on a technical level, across the AdServer, Data Management Platform, and/or tracking tools
• Proactively develop and present ideas for improvements to performance and service quality
• Manage overall budgets and identify and propose potential optimizations
• Work at the intersection between our sales team, agencies, customers, and external providers

Required Skills:

• Relevant experience in online marketing and/or online media
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategy and results on relevant digital marketing and programmatic campaigns KPIs (and how they can be optimized)
• Proven understanding of our Programmatic advertising/technology partners (eg. Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Active Agent, PromoteIQ, Facebook Ads, ...)
• A degree in a relevant field (eg. IT, Business or Communication fields)
• High level of English is required, while Spanish and German are welcomed. Any other languages are also a plus.
• You are detail-oriented with an agile mindset and excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working independently to deliver based on your media experience.
