Currently, we have several job opportunities for Team Lead positions to lead our technical teams, organized by business domains. We are looking for experienced leaders who can guide our software development team. The Team Lead will be the driving force behind innovation, coordination, and professional development within the team, responsible for leading, inspiring, and empowering the team, ensuring compliance with deadlines, and delivering value.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Coordination and Planning: Working closely with the Product Manager and other stakeholders to coordinate team activities, ensuring efficiency within established deadlines. Will participate in sprint planning, task allocation, and resource management. Mentoring and Professional Development: Acting as a mentor to team members, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development. Will be responsible for recruiting top talent. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving issues that arise during project development, unblocking developers when necessary. Resolving conflicts within the team and making decisions. Communication: Acting as the primary liaison between the team and the Product Manager, ensuring effective communication in both directions.

It is required:

Senior-level profile as a developer in the required technology in this case frontend, ads and SEO. Extensive knowledge and experience in relevant software development technologies for the project and team, as well as the ability to understand and solve complex technical problems. Experience in managing software development projects, including sprint planning, resource allocation, and time management. Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a development team, fostering a collaborative work environment and professional growth. Ability to identify and efficiently resolve problems and make decisions. Results-oriented and value-driven. Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and shift priorities as needed. Experience in managing and developing team performance, including conflict management and interpersonal problem solving.
