Job Summary

We are looking for a Squad Technical Lead (STL) responsible for leading an engineering squad, ensuring technical excellence, and driving the development of innovative solutions that align with our business goals.

The team is responsible for features in our B2C Loyalty Program in the Health and Retail Pharmacy sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of future-proof, high-quality software.
Make joint decisions with the Product Owner and get buy-in from the team.
Handle the orchestration of team tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and standards are maintained.
Achieve high productivity while respecting product requirements, quality, and maturing processes over time.
Liaise between various teams to ensure the flow of information, reduce misunderstandings, and maximize productivity.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and drive effective solutions.

Strong leadership and mentoring skills, passionate about coaching engineers.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced

environment.
Effective communication skills.
Solid understanding of software architecture, cloud computing and microservices.

Nice to Have

Expertise in development with proficiency in .NET technologies.
Experience operating Azure.
Experience working with mobile applications (native iOS and Android).
Solid understanding of software architecture, cloud computing and microservices. Knowledge of containerization and Kubernetes.
