Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and cruise interests

Research cruise lines, itineraries, promotions, and destination requirements

Plan and book complete cruise packages, including accommodations, excursions, transfers, and travel protection

Provide ongoing support and customer service before, during, and after travel

Build and maintain client relationships through email, phone, and social media

Stay informed about industry updates, supplier offers, and emerging travel trends

Promote services through networking, marketing campaigns, and referral development

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer-service skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client files

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Comfortable using technology, online research tools, and social platforms

Passion for travel and helping others

No prior travel experience required; training is provided
