Role Overview

As an Independent Travel Advisor, you'll assist clients with planning and booking their trips,  whether for vacations, special occasions, group travel, or business. You'll coordinate everything from flights and accommodations to cruises, tours, and custom experiences, ensuring each itinerary feels effortless for your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed travel plans including flights, lodging, transportation, tours, and activities
• Offer personalized recommendations based on each client's preferences and budget
• Stay informed on destination updates, promotions, travel requirements, and industry trends
• Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to secure great rates and availability
• Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

• Assist with travel documents, insurance options, and trip protection

• Keep accurate records of bookings and payments
