Our software automatically records what your are working on (e.g. emails, documents, websites etc.) - so you can easily remember on which customers/projects you spent your time
What makes our software especially employee-friendly: it stores all data exclusively on the user's device. No monitoring or surveillance features. Full privacy for the user.
We seamlessly integrate with any kind of project software, erp system or billing solution

About the team
Our Application Team is growing. And we are looking for a capable, customer-oriented Product Manager to help us grow our product.
We want to add more enterprise-oriented features like state-of-the-art user authentication (such as SAML, OpenID, etc) and automatic licence adjustments.
We also want to expand our product portfolio for smaller companies and freelancers. Here we are planning a new cloud-based product where we need a capable Product Manager with experience to deliver high quality tickets.
The Application Team not only handles our core productthe memtime Appbut is also responsible for all cloud services, the website and internal tools.
And of course plenty of new features for our Desktop App
What we are looking for in you
several years of experience as a Product Manager
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
An eye for detail, being aware of the bigger picture at the same time
Customer-oriented thinking
Fluent in English
Stable Internet connection
Even better, but not required, if you
Worked with version-based product releases (e.g. Desktop Applications)
Have experience with SaaS products
Worked with dedicated Quality Assurance teams
You will be
- Working with engineers and Quality Assurance to improve and grow our core products such as (but not limited to):
Desktop App
Website
Internal Tools
Own, prioritise and refine the product backlog
Translate requirements for engineers and Quality Assurance to streamline requests into a prioritised team backlog and prepare stakeholder updates
Proactively communicate plans and achievements
Make sure the team meets its KPIs and help define and track those KPIs
Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing teams to develop a go-to-market strategy for new products and versions

Fully remote - no relocation
Full-time 40h / week
Interview process
