Our Product

With our software for automatic activity tracking, we are the technology leader in our segment:

  1. Our software automatically records what you are working on (e.g. emails, documents, websites etc.) - so you can easily remember on which customers/projects you spent your time
  2. What makes our software especially employee-friendly: it stores all data exclusively on the user's device. No monitoring or surveillance features. Full privacy for the user.
  3. We seamlessly integrate with any project software, ERP system, or billing solution

About the team

  • Our Development Team is growing. And we are looking for a capable, customer-oriented Product Manager to help us grow and deliver Integrations.
  • The person in this position will be acting as a product manager and driving improvements while collaborating with the other product teams and the marketing team.

What we are looking for in you

  • 2-3 Years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • An eye for detail, being aware of the bigger picture at the same time
  • Experience with Integrations and solid understanding of APIs
  • Experience working with front-end & back-end developers
  • Good understanding of the agile development process, cycles & tools
  • Fluent in English

Even better, but not required, if you

  • Have experience with SaaS products and/or B2B.
  • Worked with dedicated Quality Assurance teams and designers

You will be

  • Working with engineers, marketers, and Quality Assurance to improve and grow our Integrations
  • Together with engineers and marketers prioritize and refine the website backlog
  • Translate requirements for engineers and Quality Assurance to streamline requests into a prioritized team backlog and prepare stakeholder updates
  • Proactively communicate plans and achievements
  • Make sure the team meets its KPIs and help define and track those KPIs
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other product teams to develop a go-to-market strategy for new features

  • Fully remote - no relocation
  • Full-time – 40h / week

  1. General info (Company, position, etc)
  2. Talking About your test response and interview
  3. Your questions

After this interview, you will be invited to a 1 hour long Marketing Interview

If you pass the final interview, we will make you an offer.
