We are seeking a Sales Engineer with a strong engineering background and proven experience in sales of heat transfer and process equipment to support business growth across key process industries. The role will focus on promoting mechanical process equipment, identifying new business opportunities, providing technical and commercial support, and developing long-term relationships with customers in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizers, Power Generation, Utilities, Water Treatment, Heavy Industry and Process Industry.

Key Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in industrial or engineering environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience selling industrial equipment or engineered solutions within one or more of the following sectors:
    • Oil & Gas
    • Petrochemicals
    • Fertilizer
    • Power Generation
    • Utilities
    • Water Treatment
    • Heavy Industry
    • Process Industries
  • Experience in sales of one or more of the following products:
    • Plate Heat Exchangers (PHE)
    • Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers
    • Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers (ACHE)
    • Other Heat Exchangers
    • Boilers
    • Waste Heat Boilers (WHB)
    • Pressure Vessels
    • Air Coolers
    • Cooling Towers
    • Industrial Fans
    • Blowers
    • Compressors
    • Industrial Burners
    • Fired Heaters
    • Static Equipment and Mechanical Packages

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industrial sectors.
  • Promote and sell industrial equipment and engineered solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, and tender documentation.
  • Review customer specifications, engineering drawings, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to develop competitive solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and EPC contractors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth.
