We are seeking a Project Manager/ Agile Coach to support a public-sector client on a 9-month engagement. The role focuses on strengthening organizational agility through structured training programs, project leadership, and the application of agile frameworks across government teams.
Key Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in training agile teams

Proven experience working with the public sector and government entities in Saudi Arabia

Certified Scrum Master (mandatory)

Experience delivering agility training programs
Other Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field

Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to train, coach, and enable teams across multiple organizational levels

Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver organizational agility training programs

Coach teams and leaders on agile practices

Lead and manage projects and initiatives

Work with government stakeholders to assess current maturity and identify improvement areas

Develop training materials, toolkits, and learning content

Monitor and report on training effectiveness and organizational adoption

Support the integration of resilience practices into day-to-day operations

Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge transfer within client teams
