Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to assume the role of Strategy Consultant with one of our partner companies in KSA. This position demands a strategic mindset, a background in management consulting, expertise in strategy formulation, proficiency in project management, and PMP certification.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Management Consulting Experience: The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience garnered from a distinguished management consulting firm. This experience should reflect a capacity for strategic advisory and problem-solving at an exemplary level.
2. Expertise in Strategy Consulting: The Strategy Consultant must demonstrate a proven track record in strategy consulting. This includes a comprehensive understanding of prevailing industry dynamics, adeptness in competitive analysis, and the ability to craft innovative strategies that drive business growth and transformation.
3. Project Management Proficiency: Proficiency in project management is paramount for this role. The selected candidate should exhibit adeptness in project planning, execution, and oversight to ensure that strategic recommendations are effectively implemented and executed within stipulated timelines.
4. PMP Certification: The Strategy Consultant must be certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), symbolizing a commitment to adhering to the highest standards in project management. This certification signifies their capability to lead cross-functional teams to successfully accomplish project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with clients to articulate strategic objectives, assess complex business challenges, and engineer bespoke solutions.
• Conduct meticulous analysis of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to formulate actionable strategies.
• Assume leadership roles and contribute actively to cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives and comprehensive project management from inception through completion.
• Provide expert counsel and insights to clients, ensuring the efficient implementation of strategies and projects.
• Communicate findings and recommendations with clarity and persuasiveness, catering to clients across all organizational hierarchies.
• Maintain continuous vigilance over project progress, making calculated adjustments as necessary to ensure the attainment of predefined objectives.
• Remain apprised of the latest industry best practices and emerging trends in the domains of strategy consulting and project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Management, Finance).
• 5+ years of experience within the sphere of management consulting, complemented by a demonstrable track record in strategy consulting.
• Possession of a PMP certification is obligatory.
• Exceptional problem-solving acumen and analytical abilities.
