PMO Establishment Expert

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of client organizations to understand their current project management practices and needs.
• Develop comprehensive recommendations for establishing PMOs tailored to each client's specific requirements.
• Define and design PMO operating models, frameworks, and methodologies that align with industry best practices and client goals.
• Create and provide templates, tools, and resources to support the implementation of PMOs.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to empower client teams with the necessary skills and insights to sustain PMO success.
• Collaborate with clients to continuously improve and refine PMO processes and practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and PMO establishment.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience
• Proven experience in establishing PMO offices in a variety of client organizations.
• Deep understanding of PMO assessment methodologies and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of PMO operating models, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar
