OBJECTIVES YOU NEED TO GET WITH THIS JOB

  • Support the CEO in building and tracking strategic plans to create new hit music games.
  • Contribute to research, market analysis, and the development of new game concepts and business initiatives
  • Ensure cross-departmental alignment and execution of strategic projects from concept to delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO on company-level strategy planning and goal tracking.
  • Conduct research and analysis on the mobile game industry, user trends, and competitors especially in the music game segment.
  • Provide operational support to ongoing strategic initiatives, including documentation, meeting follow-ups, and inter-team coordination.
  • Work with department leads to turn strategic ideas into executable action plans.
  • Monitor progress, flag potential blockers, and help ensure timely and effective implementation across teams.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for internal and external stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

WORKING EXPERIENCES:

  • 2- 4 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, consulting, or product support ideally in tech or gaming.
  • Experience in or passion for the gaming industry, especially music or rhythm games, is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with game development workflows or digital product cycles is a bonus.

SKILLS

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to draw insights from data and research.
  • Clear, structured communicator both verbally and in writing.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Capable of working independently while staying aligned with company goals.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slides, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
