Position Overview:

This position will be under the logistic company of Meratus (M-Global Logistics) and will be responsible to conduct market analyze and drive operational excellence to meet the budgets and targets set by the management.

As an Operations Monitoring Coordinator, you will be based at our head office in Surabaya, where you will oversee and manage all logistics operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all processes and activities align with company standards and operational goals. This role is crucial for tracking performance metrics, identifying issues, and coordinating with various departments to maintain a smooth and efficient logistics workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Monitoring: Continuously monitor logistics operations and performance metrics from the head office to ensure they meet company standards and targets.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, including key metrics, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for summarizing the monthly achievements of our tallyman, field operations, courier, and administrative teams.
  • Issue Identification and Resolution: Identify and report operational issues or anomalies to the relevant departments for a swift resolution. You will also monitor the implementation of any corrective actions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any conflicts or discrepancies.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics processes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. You will also assist in audits and compliance reviews.
  • System Oversight: Monitor the performance of our logistics management systems and tools to ensure they are effectively supporting our operational needs and address any system issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar logistics or supply chain role, with a focus on performance monitoring and process improvement.
