Position Overview
Meratus Group seeks a strategic and hands-on Service Management - Eastern Indonesia to supervise and coordinate all facilities operations, maintenance activities, service contracts, and administrative support across the organization. This role ensures that workspaces, public facilities, assets, utilities, and services operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. The supervisor manages vendor performance, oversees maintenance and renovation works, handles waste management, and maintains accurate facility-related documentation and databases.
Key Responsibilities
- General Administration & Data Management
- Maintain and update GA databases, including assets, vendors, contracts, and services
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper organization of records and archives
- Manage document control for licenses, agreements, insurance, and other legal/administrative files.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare routine reports, dashboards, and administrative summaries
- Compile and provide supporting documents for audits, reviews, and management reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate data availability for decision-making
- Asset & Operational Support
- Maintain and monitor asset databases, including tracking and record updates
- Manage utilities records and ensure proper documentation
- Oversee vehicle database and maintenance records.
- Vendor & Service Management
- Maintain vendor database and support vendor management processes
- Track service delivery and ensure proper documentation of service agreements
- Request Fulfillment & Verification
- Recap, track, and verify fulfillment of administrative and GA-related requests
- Ensure alignment between requests, approvals, and actual delivery
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelors degree in Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in general affairs, facility management or corporate services.
- Experience handling outsourced vendors and multi-site facility operations is an advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft office and data analytics tools
