Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree (S1)

• Minimum 3 years of experience handling claims in General Insurance or Insurance Brokerage

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process claims submitted by policyholders in a timely and accurate manner

• Conduct thorough verification of claim documents and supporting information

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with insurance providers throughout the entire claim process

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal and external claim handling standards
