Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to manage customer interactions and handle documentation for international agency shipments. This role is essential in ensuring excellent customer service, accurate shipping documentation, and effective coordination with all stakeholders to support smooth and timely international operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers related to international shipments.

Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues professionally and promptly.
Documentation Management

Prepare, review, and manage shipping documents including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Customs Declarations.

Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with international trade regulations.
Order Processing

Handle and monitor international orders from receipt to final delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
Communication

Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.

Provide regular updates on shipment status and manage any issues that may arise.
Compliance

Ensure all documentation and processes comply with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
Problem Resolution

Identify and resolve any shipment-related issues such as delays, discrepancies, or document errors.

Collaborate with relevant parties to implement solutions and minimize disruptions.
Record Keeping

Maintain well-organized and accurate records of customer interactions, shipment information, and documentation.

Ensure records are readily available for audits or reporting.
Process Improvement

Contribute ideas for improving customer service and documentation processes.

Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field (preferred).

2-4 years of experience in customer service or logistics, preferably with a focus on international operations.

Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.

Proficiency in logistics or shipping-related software and systems.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Solid understanding of international shipping documents and regulatory compliance.

Familiarity with customs procedures and international trade regulations.
