Position Overview:

This position will be responsible for managing all transport operation nationwide, incuding ensuring the operation KPI, Cost, Trucks Performance, achieving target, drivers management, and build vendor relation. This position also expected to initiate changes that will impcating the whole operational activity.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to logistics, transport, maintenance &repair, and driver management 
• Planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries
• Booking in deliveries and liaising with customers
• Allocating and recording resources and movements on the transport planning system
• Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements
• Developing transportation relationships and monitoring transport costs
• Negotiating and bargaining transportation prices also dealing with the effects of congestion

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in related field with solid experience
• Proficient in English, verbal & written
• Willing to be placed at Head Office, Surabaya
