Position Overview : We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Automation Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications by working closely with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities : 

  • Review and approve Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and UI/UX flows, providing timely, structured, and constructive feedback.
  • Design and implement comprehensive QA strategies and test plans in collaboration with Business Analysts, Product Lead, and Solution Delivery Managers.
  • Lead and mentor QA team members on testing best practices, automation frameworks, and quality standards.
  • Support and participate in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process together with business users and stakeholders.
  • Develop, document, and maintain clear, structured, and reusable test scenarios, scripts, and automation suites.
  • Execute and oversee manual and automated test scripts to ensure application quality, stability, and performance.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper resolution and communicating risk to management.
  • Monitor QA metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements to processes, tools, and team productivity.

    Requirements : 

    • Significant experience in software quality assurance, with at least 5+ years in QA and 2+ years in QA leadership roles
    • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and industry best practices.
    • Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with automation testing tools such as Katalon, Cypress, or Playwright.
    • Experience with performance, load, or stress testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is a strong advantage.
    • Proven ability to lead QA teams, define QA strategy, and ensure software quality across multiple projects.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with developers, product teams, and business users.
    • Experience in mentoring junior QA engineers and fostering a culture of quality within the team.
