Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Ensure financial compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Drive performance analysis and support pricing, margin, and revenue strategies.
• Collaborate with operations and commercial teams to deliver insights that elevate profitability.
• Champion process improvement, digital transformation, and reporting accuracy.
• Enforce internal controls, support audits, and guard against fraud and risk.
• Align team culture with Meratus Groups values, promoting collaboration and innovation.

What You Bring

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters Preferred.
• 8-15 years' experience in financial management, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Strong command of data analytics, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Familiarity with tax, corporate law, and capital expenditure evaluation.
• Proficiency in change management, business process improvement (P3W), and automation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Resilience in problem-solving, leadership, and navigating complex challenges.
