Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and drive product adoption
  • Able to analyze customer usage data and provide actionable insights
