Job Overview : To ensure existing customers achieve their desired outcomes using the companys products or services. The Customer Success acts as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption, satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth. Also to deliver revenue growth from existing customers via increase subscription to new products, and raising of transactional volume to FH.
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and drive product adoption
- Able to analyze customer usage data and provide actionable insights
