Position Overview:
This position will be under the logistic company of Meratus (M-Global Logistics) and will be responsible to conduct market analyze and drive operational excellence to meet the budgets and targets set by the management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales performance of all logistics products both domestic and international.
- Analyze market trend as an opportunity of new business development.
- Drive operational excellence to meet customer satisfaction level.
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives and help to identify inefficiencies and cost optimization.
- Monitor and manage branch budgets, costs, and financial performance and also implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the logistics team to achieve performance targets and maintain high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure high standards of service are delivered to customers and also address and resolve any service issues or customer complaints.
- Ensure that all activities comply with international regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing to carry out not only operational tasks but also administrative tasks.
- Proficient in English
- In-depth understanding of logistics operations, inventory management, transportation, and warehousing
- Possess awareness of industry trends and best practices
