Job Summary:
A Cash Management Officer is responsible for managing cash flow, ensuring liquidity, and overseeing daily financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible as the custodian of cash funds at the Head Office to meet the cash payment needs of operational activities at the Head Office
- Disburse cash funds based on approved requests by authorized personnel in accordance with AMT
- Receive cash funds based on system-generated receipts created by Finance AP/Finance AR and post the journal on the day the funds are received
- Receive cash funds for Cash Refill transactions (BRB transaction) and post relevant journals on the same day
- Generate daily cash reports (print Cash and Bank reports from D365)
- Conduct physical cash count reconciled with the daily cash report
- Ensure that the designated person (PIC) receiving cash payments from the Cashier signs a complete receipt, including their name and the date the money is received
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Masters or certifications a plus)
- 2-5 years in cash management or finance
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial software, and attention to detail
- High integrity, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills
