Position Overview
As a Sales Reefer, you will be responsible for enhancing service quality and driving business development for both domestic and international reefer products. Your goal is to achieve maximum volume targets while maintaining strong coordination within the Meratus Group and building solid partnerships with business partners to expand existing routes and explore new customer opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and apply SOPs to ensure smooth reefer operations across branches
- Support sales visits and present reefer products and company info to customers
- Monitor daily loading and unloading activities to ensure compliance with SOPs
- Keep sales team informed about seasonal reefer products and key commodities
- Help operations team solve technical issues with customers and internal teams
- Provide monthly updates on ocean freight prices for cost control
- Support business development to keep service competitive and high quality
- Prepare monthly reports on reefer product progress for team leaders
- Maintain good relationships with vendors
- Keep up to date on market trends, tenders, and bidding for seasonal reefer products
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any field
- Minimum 2 year of sales experience in forwarding or logistics with reefer products, and strong selling skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a willingness to travel and work beyond standard office hours
- Committed to identifying and developing new business opportunities through effective client engagement and strategic sales approaches
