Job Overview:
Responsible for recording financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations for Yayasan Meratus Peduli Nusantara.


Responsibilities:

  • Record, manage, and reconcile daily financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct budget tracking and variance analysis to support efficient operational spending.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments in planning and monitoring operational budgets.
  • Support the development and implementation of accounting policies, systems, and procedures to improve financial governance.
  • Provide data analysis and financial insights to assist leadership in strategic decision-making.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in accounting, with a focus on financial report consolidation and operational budgeting
  • Brevet A & B certification is an advantage
  • Proficient in financial systems such as Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle, or Accurate, and skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
