Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and customer service support to the Sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cargo owners and key customers.
- Coordinate closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Prepare consolidated reports and support analysis related to sales, marketing, and customer service activities.
- Act as a liaison between company policies, internal teams, and customer needs to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any field.

Minimum 1–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.

Willing to be placed in Dili, Timor-Leste.

Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills.

Able to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate a strong customer-oriented mindset.
