Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to head our Bunkering & Fleet Efficiency Center. This role will be responsible for overseeing all bunker operations and driving fuel efficiency initiatives across the Meratus fleet. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to optimize fuel costs while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the sales team.
• Maintain strong relationships with cargo owners and key customers.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Prepare consolidated reports and assist in analysis related to sales, marketing, and customer service activities.
• Act as a liaison between company policies and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• 14 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in shipping or logistics.
• Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a must.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, teamwork, and customer-focused mindset.
